After spending many hours listening, learning and looking from the great Aldous Eveleigh (my life drawing tutor at uni), I began to be able to abstract my images more freely, moving away from a typical approach to seeing/drawing and closer to a path that rests upon risk taking, exaggeration and feeling amongst many other things, and not to forget his famous words, ‘stand back’ and why we do it.

All in pursuit of much more interesting solutions for the way we see and depict the world around us.
